• Assist in the implementation of the IT Asset Management Solution and software compliance programs
• Manage enterprise-wide software and licensing compliance governance processes
• Support the development of software compliance strategies, metrics, and services
• Provide assistance during Internal Audits and assessments conducted by outside consultants
• Research and draft educational programs on software compliance issues and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in software licensing or a similar role
• Entry-level understanding of software licensing and auditing methods
• Willingness to learn about business processes and software asset management
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment with tight deadlines

• Experience with IT asset management tools
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and legal interpretations related to software licensing
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
