• Analyze user needs and assist in requirements definition for browser-based interfaces
• Conduct usability testing and document user requirements and designs
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions to elicit business goals and user needs
• Create conceptual models, journey maps, personas, and scenarios of use
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations in various group settings

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• BS Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience; additional experience may substitute for degree
• Minimum of 6 years of direct interaction/interface design experience using user-centered methods
• Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with customers daily
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

• Experience with Axure RP and Adobe
  
  XD prototyping software
• Familiarity with Pega and/or Service Now platforms
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Understanding of responsive design and Section 508 requirements
• Additional UX certifications such as UX Master Certification (NN/g) or UX Design Immersive (General Assembly)
