• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Configure and optimize Salesforce features, including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
• Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud enhancements aligned with evolving program needs
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities to support adoption

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4–5 years working specifically with Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience working in Agile environments, writing user stories, and supporting sprint planning and backlog refinement

• Familiarity with integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) to support collaboration with technical teams
• Exposure to Salesforce Dev Ops tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX) from a business requirements perspective
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification
