• Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices for customers
• Conduct sessions to help customers maximize the value of the Wiz platform
• Develop and run community-based engagement opportunities, such as webinars
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations
• Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across customer organizations

• 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer)
• Willingness to learn about cloud and cybersecurity technologies
• Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities

• Experience with technical support or solutions engineering in a SaaS environment
• Knowledge of risk management strategies in customer success
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Previous experience in training or mentoring roles
• Understanding of industry trends in cloud security
