• Design and deploy enterprise-grade remote access solutions ensuring fast, reliable connectivity for diverse users
• Architect and maintain global Cisco network environments to maximize uptime and performance
• Implement dynamic routing protocols and Quality of Service to prioritize critical application traffic
• Deploy monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting end users
• Mentor network engineers on architecture standards and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture, including significant experience with remote access technologies
• Proven experience supporting large-scale, global Cisco network environments
• Strong expertise in enterprise networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and others
• Hands-on experience with VPN and remote access platforms such as Cisco Any Connect and Zscaler

• Experience with hybrid cloud networking across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and Solar Winds
• Scripting or automation experience using Python, Power Shell, or Bash
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A user-centric mindset with a passion for improving digital employee experiences
