- Strong understanding of technical capabilities and business processes in SaaS B2B environments
- Experience with PSA or project/work management tools (e.g., Rocketlane, Asana)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrable experience with Professional Services and Customer Success functions and tools
- Technical experience with CS/GTM tools such as Gong and Churn Zero
- Motivated, high-potential performer with a track record of influencing teams
- Self-directed with the ability to manage ambiguity and unexpected change
