• Own product development from conception to launch, strategically expanding the core product offering
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Define, instrument, and analyze key metrics to guide product development and operational rigor
• Align teams and the company on a shared vision, executing against that vision relentlessly
  
  Communicate vision, strategy, and progress clearly with internal stakeholders and executive leadership

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Compliance, Legal, Design, and Operations
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills, adept at navigating complex and ambiguous trade-off decisions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong company-wide relationships
• Experience with identity, KYC, onboarding, and/or IAM

• Domain experience in Onboarding, Identity, or an adjacent domain is highly valued
