What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and manage credit risk decision strategies using data-driven insights across the customer lifecycle
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on credit risk trends and collaborate with various teams to implement solutions
  • Monitor credit and collections performance, conducting analyses to identify areas of opportunity and implement credit controls
  • Strengthen both systematic and manual credit processes to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new data sources and ensure compliance with industry regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data and Analytics, with at least 3 years in Credit or Fraud risk analytics
  • Proficiency in analytics/statistics to solve complex business problems, including experience with Big Data, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools

  • Experience in the payments industry
  • Understanding of risk decision engines and payment technology
  • Leadership qualities that foster collaboration and guide project prioritization
  • Willingness to continuously learn and build upon technical skills
