• Serve as a dedicated advisor to institutional clients, optimizing their use of the employer's offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
• Develop tailored success strategies with clients, identifying goals and key performance indicators
• Conduct regular check-ins to review customer progress and provide insights into platform enhancements
• Monitor customer health metrics to proactively manage risks and mitigate churn

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within technology or financial services
• Proven ability to guide customers through complex technological transitions as a trusted consultant
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and develop actionable strategies
• Experience managing high-value customer portfolios ($1M+ ARR) and driving expansion opportunities
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both executive leadership and technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem, trading, or digital asset custody
• Project management expertise to ensure effective execution of customer success initiatives
