Responsibilities- Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze the client’s needs in the context of the project.
- Envision overall solutions for defined functional and non‑functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
- Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets.
- Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Lead/support UAT and production rollouts, while addressing issues promptly.
- Minimum of 7 years of total experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
- Proven experience with API integrations and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud architecture and data models.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) strongly preferred.
- Health Cloud/LSC certifications are a plus.
- Experience with AI Cloud, Einstein, or Agentforce capabilities.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops tools such as Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket, or Git Hub Actions.
