• Lead program management initiatives to connect product, engineering, and operations for platform enhancements
• Prepare and deliver executive updates to keep leadership informed on program progress and timelines
• Define and refine standards for planning, communication, and issue management to ensure consistent results
• Guide project managers and leads in navigating challenges and ensuring accountability for outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate alignment among various teams including engineering, product, and customer-facing departments

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in program management or business operations within a Product & Engineering organization
• Strong expertise in building and implementing processes, frameworks, and operational metrics
• Proficiency with tools that enhance developer productivity (e.g., Jira, Git Hub, CI/CD systems)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to all organizational levels

• Experience with release management, governance, and compliance in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Background in managing vendor relationships, procurement, or contracting processes
• A track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving successful project outcomes
