Position: Staff Program Manager

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate and drive triage activities for product pillar initiatives with relevant cross-functional teams
  • Manage end-to-end delivery and execution for each accepted pillar initiative, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
  • Regularly communicate the status of each initiative to stakeholders and escalate risks appropriately
  • Drive full-cycle program management for Engineering product releases, ensuring alignment with global release calendars
  • Identify and manage risks and cross-dependencies, ensuring compliance with security, legal, and other requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical lead, systems engineer, or technical program management role
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule
  • Strong communication skills for clear updates to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with at least one schedule tracking tool such as Asana, Excel, or JIRA/Confluence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Marketing and Finance to assist with product launch operations
  • Ability to engage with senior management and influence across the organization
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills for collaboration across product development disciplines
  • High sense of ownership, proactiveness, urgency, and drive
