You’re a hands‑on Technical Lead who thrives on making software teams faster, safer, and happier through excellent developer experience. You bring deep expertise in Git Hub, Jenkins, Flux, Helm, and Kubernetes—especially EKS—and you’re comfortable operating across both AWS and on‑prem datacenter environments. You lead through strong technical judgment, pragmatic standards, clear communication, and the ability to build consensus around paved paths teams actually adopt.

• Lead & deliver:
  Set technical direction, break down roadmaps, and lead engineers through design, implementation, and rollout of Dev Ex initiatives.
• Own CI/CD:
  Standardize build/test/release workflows using Jenkins and Git Hub (Actions/Apps), with reusable pipelines, shared libraries, and policy gates.
• Run Git Ops at scale:
  Operate and evolve Flux‑based Git Ops for environment promotion, rollback, and drift detection across multiple clusters.
• Package & deploy:
  Define and maintain Helm chart standards, release processes, and documentation for service teams.
• Kubernetes platform:
  Design guardrails, multi‑tenant patterns, and golden templates on EKS (and support for GKE/Rancher/other distros where applicable).
• Hybrid environments:
  Build consistent developer workflows spanning AWS and on‑premdatacenters/virtualization platforms; ensure connectivity, secrets, and artifact flows work end‑to‑end.
• Observability & reliability:
  Establish SLOs for platform services; integrate logs/metrics/traces, progressive delivery, and automated rollback.
• Security & compliance:
  Embed security scanning, SBOMs, and policy‑as‑code into pipelines and cluster admission.
• Enablement:
  Produce high‑quality docs, examples, CLI/templates, and run office hours to uplevel teams.
• Stakeholder management:
  Partner with Security, SRE, and product teams; communicate trade‑offs and progress to engineering leadership.

• 7+ years in platform/devops/SRE roles, including 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers.
• Track record of delivering platform capabilities used by many teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to write crisp design docs and present trade‑offs.
