- Lead business process consulting, defining problems and creating solutions for clients
- Oversee the development, configuration, and deployment of SAP TM solutions
- Guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development and client training
- Liaise with client business teams, advising them on best practices and solutions
- Conduct regular tracking and review of team deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of relevant experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology
- Proven experience in at least two end-to-end implementation projects as Lead Solution Consultant
- Strong understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills
- Experience working in a Global Delivery Model (GDM)
- Familiarity with GXP and SOX requirements and working in regulated environments
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to present solutions effectively
- Experience with incident management and test execution tools
