• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and sustainment across multiple initiatives
• Define and champion the product vision and roadmap, aligning user needs with business goals
• Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and prioritized backlogs for agile teams
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Partner with senior leadership and federal customers to ensure products meet mission and compliance goals

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in STEM, computer science, design, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and 3+ years managing digital products through full lifecycle delivery
• Proven ability to deliver secure, compliant solutions within federal IT environments
• Strong communication skills to translate technical complexity into business value
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, data privacy, and compliance frameworks

• Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, and ATO compliance requirements
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated approach to navigating ambiguity
• Passion for building technology that improves government performance
