- Ensure system operation, conduct error analysis, and execute system updates for customer systems
- Carry out common basic projects, including release upgrades for ABAP and Java, and manage projects as needed
- Responsible for technology planning of SAP HANA and oversee HANA migration
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to customers in troubleshooting and performance services
- Assist in presales activities for new customers in the area of platform services
- Business fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English (B2)
- Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends
- Experience in the setup and operation of SAP systems, including upgrades and patches for ABAP and Java systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP Rise and SAP BTP
- Completed university studies in business informatics/computer science or comparable qualifications, along with several years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of at least two common SAP databases, such as HANA, Oracle, DB2, etc.
