What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • 5–8 years of experience in the tech industry, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with users effectively
  • Proven track record of developing scalable engagement programs that deliver value
  • Experience working cross‑functionally, particularly with product, engineering, and customer success teams
