- Collaborate with implementation architects and project managers on architecture and operational plans
- Install, upgrade, and configure products at client sites
- Provide post-implementation support and training for clients
- Create detailed user and operational documentation to support product deployment
- Over 5 years of experience in Application Integration/Enterprise Application Integration
- 8-10 years of experience with middleware tools and messaging engines
- Over 5 years of familiarity with various message formats such as XML, EDI, and HL7
- Over 5 years of experience with Java programming and related technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with good communication abilities
- Experience in Dev Ops and an understanding of Dev Sec Ops
- Working knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, and related technologies
- Understanding of healthcare payer/provider systems and EDI transactions
- Experience in technical training for internal and external teams
- Familiarity with implementation methodologies for products or solutions
