• Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure services to align with business goals, including integrations, migrations, and updates
• Define internal service level objectives and error budgets as part of the observability strategy
• Automate processes to reduce manual toil where feasible and beneficial
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident prevention and response in a blameless culture
• Provide consultation on systems design best practices to peer teams

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Go
• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure and fleet management engineering
• Experience with infrastructure automation and distributed systems design for large-scale cloud systems
• In-depth knowledge of Linux, Slurm, Kubernetes, Local and Distributed Storage, and Systems Networking

• Systematic problem-solving skills with strong communication and ownership abilities
• Experience with bare metal as a service (BMaaS) systems and multi-cloud infrastructure services
• Knowledge of accelerated compute technologies like Blue Field Networking and NCCL
• Experience working with security organizations to manage security risks
• Prior experience in a machine learning or AI-focused role
