Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from kickoff through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Build and maintain partnerships with engineering leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proactively source passive candidates through various innovative channels
  • Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future requisitions
  • Utilize data analytics and AI insights to optimize sourcing strategies and track candidate data
Qualifications
  • Over five years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience in programming languages and engineering roles
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using platforms like Linked In and Git Hub
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools
  • Proven ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools in the recruitment process
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strong influencing and consulting skills to guide hiring managers on best practices
  • Ability to develop innovative hiring solutions and drive continuous process improvements
