- Salary range: $73,525.00 to $86,500.00 per year, depending on geographic market and experience

- Administer core US and global benefits programs by processing employee life events and managing vendor inquiries
- Ensure system data accuracy and resolve carrier file feed errors while reconciling data with Payroll and external vendors
- Support annual benefits compliance tasks and assist with internal and external audits
- Manage benefits-related financial processes including vendor invoices and monthly financial reports
- Assist the Benefits Manager with annual programs such as US Open Enrollment and global renewals
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably with exposure to benefits administration
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze data and manage reconciliation processes
- Strong customer service skills and professional judgment in handling sensitive employee matters
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with an HRIS system and familiarity with benefits enrollment is preferred but not required
- Experience working with benefits enrollment and vendor platforms
- A proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn
- Strong team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively
