Job Responsibilities
  • Administer core US and global benefits programs by processing employee life events and managing vendor inquiries
  • Ensure system data accuracy and resolve carrier file feed errors while reconciling data with Payroll and external vendors
  • Support annual benefits compliance tasks and assist with internal and external audits
  • Manage benefits-related financial processes including vendor invoices and monthly financial reports
  • Assist the Benefits Manager with annual programs such as US Open Enrollment and global renewals
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably with exposure to benefits administration
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze data and manage reconciliation processes
  • Strong customer service skills and professional judgment in handling sensitive employee matters
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with an HRIS system and familiarity with benefits enrollment is preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with benefits enrollment and vendor platforms
  • A proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn
  • Strong team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively
