- Provide functional support for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules
- Configure and maintain HR business processes in Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system solutions
- Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide actionable HR insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience supporting or administering Workday HCM
- Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules
- Experience configuring and maintaining HR business processes in Workday
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, or Learning
- Experience with Workday Security or Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
- Experience with Workday Docs and Docs for Layouts
