- Serve as the point of contact for employees and leadership regarding conflict resolution
- Ensure timely and compliant handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation requests
- Collaborate on employee relations matters, including corrective actions and performance improvement plans
- Conduct comprehensive investigations and maintain accurate documentation
- Facilitate training to enhance employee relations skills among management
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine root causes of issues
- Exceptional communication skills, including group presentation and relationship development
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse personality types and job levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a high-growth environment, particularly in a call center or contact center
- Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations at both federal and state levels
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems
