What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees and leadership regarding conflict resolution
  • Ensure timely and compliant handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation requests
  • Collaborate on employee relations matters, including corrective actions and performance improvement plans
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations and maintain accurate documentation
  • Facilitate training to enhance employee relations skills among management
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine root causes of issues
  • Exceptional communication skills, including group presentation and relationship development
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse personality types and job levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a high-growth environment, particularly in a call center or contact center
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations at both federal and state levels
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems
