What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process across multiple sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies
  • Liaise between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process
  • Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized feedback from interviewers
  • Utilize the internal Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for requisition management and candidate communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5+ years of related human resources or talent acquisition experience
  • Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting, specifically for Finance, Accounting, IT, and Technical roles
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting and knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with collaboration abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and personal information
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation
