- Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process across multiple sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Liaise between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process
- Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized feedback from interviewers
- Utilize the internal Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for requisition management and candidate communications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5+ years of related human resources or talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting, specifically for Finance, Accounting, IT, and Technical roles
- Experience using Workday Recruiting and knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with collaboration abilities
- Experience with in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- Proven ability to manage confidential and personal information
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation
