• Source and engage candidates for Product & Engineering roles across multiple teams
• Flexibly manage top-of-funnel sourcing and support recruiters with targeted pipeline assistance
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality technical candidates
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify competitive talent pools
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline health using data and metrics to inform efforts

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally for technical roles in Product or Engineering
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach
• Data-informed mindset to track progress and measure sourcing effectiveness
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• Previous experience supporting technical roles in a high-growth environment
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to sourcing
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters on role requirements
• Curiosity and resourcefulness in refining sourcing strategies
