HR Solutions Specialist

Employer Industry: Hospitality Services

• Salary range from $55,000 to $65,000

• Provide timely and effective responses to HR inquiries from associates, managers, and HR teams
• Track, resolve, and escalate issues related to benefits, payroll, and general HR inquiries
• Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Assist in training HR team members, associates, and managers on HR-related systems and procedures
• Conduct periodic audits of HR records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in Human Resources or a closely related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience with Workday HRIS
• Energetic and customer-oriented personality
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to resolve issues independently
• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
