• Ensure hazard and risk assessment and control measures are effectively in place and utilized
• Conduct and document safety inspections and audits, providing constructive feedback to improve performance
• Advise field operations personnel on company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements
• Monitor and manage incidents, including injury evaluations and first aid guidance
• Assist in the development and delivery of safety communications, training, and presentations

• Associate’s degree; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in safety roles within the utility, construction, or field service industry
• Detailed knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements, first aid, and CPR
• Valid state driver’s license
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Experience in coaching employees and resolving difficult situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
