• Proactively upsell features and streamline provider interactions with Zocdoc's services
• Resolve issues promptly while humanizing the connection between the product and users
• Develop a deep understanding of Zocdoc's platform to inspire engagement and demonstrate value
• Maintain accurate records of interactions to uphold the commitment to making healthcare easy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related field
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service and promoting the employer's mission

• Experience in a healthcare or technology-related field
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and services
• Previous upselling or sales experience in a customer service role
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
