What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage strategic, complex, and enterprise healthcare customers, developing account plans with clear goals and growth strategies
  • Build relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and executive sponsors, running business reviews to align on outcomes
  • Drive onboarding across complex environments, ensuring adoption targets are met
  • Lead cross-functional work streams to support positive program outcomes
  • Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth for account and activity tracking
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting with a strong record of retention and expansion
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH or relevant graduate degree preferred
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare operations and change management in regulated environments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated executive presence
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and coordinating complex programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in digital health and/or behavioral health
  • Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., Looker) and CRM/CS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
