What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist members via live chat, messaging, and phone with inquiries related to GLP-1 medication fulfillment
  • Triage inbound pharmacy calls and communicate effectively with members regarding their prescriptions
  • Collect and verify insurance information to support medication access and navigate coverage issues
  • Identify and resolve pharmacy rejects or benefit issues while prioritizing time‑sensitive matters
  • Document member interactions accurately and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of member‑facing experience in customer support within healthcare or insurance
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes, medical claims workflows, and benefits structures
  • Experience with claims processing and reimbursement, including documentation review
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools and Zendesk
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience supporting specialty GLP-1 medications or chronic condition programs
  • Familiarity with prior authorizations and medication fulfillment processes
  • Fluency in Spanish or another language commonly spoken by members
  • Experience coordinating with pharmacies, prescribers, or clinical operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
