• Ensure human subject protection and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulations for assigned studies
• Coordinate and manage clinical site monitoring responsibilities and communication with site investigators
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out monitoring visits
• Support study start-up activities, including quality review of study documents and site activation letters
• Track study metrics and maintain required study documents, performing quality control reviews

• Higher education degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Fluency in English and local language, if different
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical trial experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of monitoring experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• 1 year of device trial experience preferred
• Certifications such as Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) or Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Certification preferred but not required
