• Conduct data analysis to support the development and maintenance of the health plan's pharmacy program
• Develop and analyze reports to assist in formulary decision-making
• Train Pharmacy staff and maintain training manuals
• Respond to complex provider and pharmacy inquiries regarding prior authorization and formulary processes
• Assist with pharmacy utilization review and compliance with regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a managed care environment
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify cost avoidance
• Ability to develop workflows and documentation for processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills for training and responding to inquiries

• Experience with fraud and abuse analysis in a pharmacy setting
• Familiarity with state regulations related to pharmacy programs
• Proven ability to develop and present reports to senior management
• Background in managed care pharmacy operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
