• Interview and onboard new mobile phlebotomists, ensuring competency assessments are completed
• Handle customer service and manager-level escalations, including patient interactions via calls and emails
• Review and approve team timecards and manage schedules effectively

• At least 2 years of management experience in a leadership position
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (AMT, ASCP, or NCCT)
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

• In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities, and techniques
• Competency with Google applications and an eagerness to adopt new technology
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity effectively
