Certified Pharmacy Technician - Data Support

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a phone‑based environment
• Enter a high volume of data and process prescription information with speed and accuracy
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties, including prior authorizations and eligibility checks
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care
• Maintain patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, particularly in a phone‑based environment
• Thorough drug knowledge and pharmacy billing knowledge
• Ability to work independently and exhibit the employer’s core values
