Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans for territory coverage and customer engagement
- Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess customer needs and identify improvement areas
- Identify upgrade sales opportunities and drive revenue through solution selling
- Serve as the primary contact for customer support throughout the product lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of customer-facing experience in medical equipment
- Proven track record of selling at clinical and C-suite levels
- Knowledge of oncology, radiotherapy, and related healthcare practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology
- Familiarity with the Accuray product portfolio and its applications
- Ability to work independently and engage positively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Dynamic and proactive approach to achieving sales goals
- Willingness to travel frequently for client engagement and support
