Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for territory coverage and customer engagement
  • Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess customer needs and identify improvement areas
  • Identify upgrade sales opportunities and drive revenue through solution selling
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer support throughout the product lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of customer-facing experience in medical equipment
  • Proven track record of selling at clinical and C-suite levels
  • Knowledge of oncology, radiotherapy, and related healthcare practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the Accuray product portfolio and its applications
  • Ability to work independently and engage positively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Dynamic and proactive approach to achieving sales goals
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client engagement and support
