Responsibilities
  • Own full strategic direction and coverage of the assigned regional territory
  • Assess customer needs to maintain existing relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Develop strategies to expand the company's footprint within the installed base and academic accounts
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate customer needs and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction from initial sale to post-sales activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of professional customer-facing experience in medical equipment
  • Proven track record of selling at both clinical and C-suite levels
  • Knowledge of oncology, radiotherapy, IMRT, and related healthcare practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the Accuray product portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Dynamic and proactive approach to achieving goals
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
