What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the strategic direction and coverage of the regional sales map
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the footprint within the existing install base
  • Manage and nurture relationships with customers to maintain loyalty and satisfaction
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate customer needs and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, ensuring customers receive necessary support throughout the product lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of customer-facing experience in medical equipment sales
  • Proven track record of selling at both clinical and C-suite levels
  • Knowledge of oncology, radiotherapy, and related medical practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology effectively

  • Familiarity with the Accuray product portfolio
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Dynamic and proactive approach to achieving goals
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
