- Own the strategic direction and coverage of the regional sales map
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the footprint within the existing install base
- Manage and nurture relationships with customers to maintain loyalty and satisfaction
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate customer needs and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, ensuring customers receive necessary support throughout the product lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of customer-facing experience in medical equipment sales
- Proven track record of selling at both clinical and C-suite levels
- Knowledge of oncology, radiotherapy, and related medical practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology effectively
- Familiarity with the Accuray product portfolio
- Experience in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Dynamic and proactive approach to achieving goals
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
