What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee staff performing Revenue Cycle activities to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
  • Establish and enhance adherence to industry best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for revenue cycle management
  • Manage Team Leads and A/R Managers, including payroll, process management, and capacity planning
  • Support implementation activities and onboarding of new clients to Revenue Cycle Management services
  • Assist with customer service inquiries related to service questions and system access
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in Sr. Living and Skilled Nursing revenue cycle processes
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proven knowledge of Sr. Living & Skilled Nursing, particularly in revenue cycle management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
  • Prior experience with Medicare rules, regulations, and billing codes
  • Familiarity with EMR and Clearinghouse functionality, specifically Matrix Care and Change Health Care / Inovalon
  • Ability to thrive in complex and ambiguous environments
