- Schedule in-home assessments with prospective patients for Clinical Liaison field representatives
- Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources
- Meet daily and weekly goals for scheduled assessments
- Maintain constant communication with referral sources and internal associates
- Document all calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Experience in outbound/inbound call center or scheduling preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or similar software
- Knowledge of sales processes and healthcare products
- Previous cold calling experience
- Energetic yet compassionate phone skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Self-starter with minimal supervision needed
