Employer Industry: Specialty Pharmacy

• Make outbound phone calls to eligible patients to educate and enroll them in the employer’s specialty pharmacy program
• Review patient electronic medical records (EMR) and chart notes prior to calls to ensure familiarity with their conditions
• Communicate the benefits of the employer’s pharmacy services and build rapport with patients
• Identify medications and supplies requiring special handling or storage
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the pharmacy team

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High school diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related role
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage with patients effectively
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on patient advocacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or outbound calling is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Results‑oriented with a positive outlook on patient care
