• Educate healthcare providers on access and reimbursement topics relevant to assigned client’s products
• Manage daily activities to support patient access in provider offices and healthcare institutions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure optimized patient access
• Deliver educational presentations at various provider sites of service
• Lead internal team training and serve as a mentor to colleagues

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a medical practice, reimbursement arena, or pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification as a Prior Authorization Certification Specialist (PACS) or ability to obtain within six months of employment
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and external meetings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively

• Experience in healthcare provider support programs or pharmaceutical support programs
• Understanding of medical and pharmacy benefits/policies
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy processes and dynamics
• Strong presentation skills, particularly effective in small group settings
• Above-average computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
