Position: National Account Executive (West Coast Candidate)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Cultivate and manage high-level client relationships to ensure the success and expansion of the employer’s PACE services
  • Lead national and regional account planning initiatives to drive client success and align with strategic objectives
  • Conduct executive-level quarterly business reviews with client leadership to assess performance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute client retention and engagement strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end process of contract renewal strategy, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field required (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in account management, client success, or healthcare operations
  • Proven experience managing and growing executive-level client relationships
  • Strong contract management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry; understanding of pharmacy operations and PACE experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard business software applications
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and diversity in client engagement
