• Own strategy and execution for Inpatient Clinical AI across hospital workflows
• Provide decision support that enhances clinical judgment while maintaining workflow efficiency
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage end‑to‑end product ownership from pilots to scaled adoption
• Collaborate with health systems to validate, iterate, and drive product adoption
• Identify clinical gaps impacting patient care and quality metrics before discharge

• 7+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on healthcare
• Direct experience in developing products for inpatient hospital environments
• In‑depth understanding of hospital workflows related to rounds, handoffs, and discharge planning
• Proven ability to scale products in complex healthcare settings
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with familiarity in defining success metrics

• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based clinical products or similar technologies
• Familiarity with AI safety, clinical validation approaches, and healthcare integration standards
• Technical proficiency with SQL and understanding of clinical data models
• Experience running clinical pilots and gathering real‑world evidence
• Awareness of the competitive clinical AI landscape and product differentiation strategies
