Position: Licensing and Credentialing Specialist (Part-Time)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage all aspects of provider licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment for clinicians
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end licensing workflows and maintain accurate records across multiple systems
  • Act as a liaison between clinicians, state boards, payers, and internal stakeholders
  • Spot gaps in processes and create structure to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance and up‑to‑date practices for the clinical team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a strong focus on managing multiple tasks
  • Proven experience in licensing, credentialing, or related administrative roles within healthcare
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and persistently follow up on communications
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Experience working with state boards and payers in the healthcare industry
  • Previous roles that required managing complex workflows and processes
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in credentialing
