• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in billing practices
• Create and distribute weekly reports to ensure accurate and timely billing processing
• Prepare monthly scorecards and reports for senior management and external clients
• Participate in projects related to reconciliation results, including reviewing records in EMR/Charge capture systems
• Document gaps in reconciliation procedures and collaborate with team leaders to find resolutions

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic level knowledge of SQL
• One year of experience in data analysis
• One year of experience in medical billing (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with data analysis in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with EMR/Charge capture systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Touch-typing skills of 40 wpm required, 50 wpm preferred
• Basic math skills
