• Assist patients and caregivers in accessing PTC products and therapies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and sales teams
• Solve problems urgently to help patients gain therapy access and adherence
• Communicate with stakeholders while ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance
• Navigates CRM systems and maintain accurate patient case records

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of Case Management or equivalent experience in the orphan/rare disease biotech environment
• Proven experience in Case Management demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus
• Pharmacy Technician certification
• Experience in HCP office management
• Previous experience working with sales representatives
• Registered Dietitian License is preferred but not required
