• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients
• Support the executive lead for initiatives related to HCN Connect
• Maintain regular meetings with center executives to address inquiries and concerns
• Gather information on initiatives relevant to the center and communicate updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic marketing plans and meet KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in client management, healthcare operations, or IT consulting
• Knowledge of Epic modules and healthcare IT workflows
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Epic systems strongly preferred
• Relevant certifications such as Epic, project management, or healthcare IT
