- Lead pre‑deployment validation for clinical AI tools and oversee LLM strengthening
- Train clinicians to effectively utilize AI tools and create standard operating procedures
- Administer clinical AI governance in partnership with the Patient Safety Officer
- Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives across clinical service lines
- Conduct assessments of clinical services for continuous improvement and alignment with quality standards
Required Qualifications )
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice and 2 years in quality, patient safety, or clinical operations
- Experience with clinical review of LLM outputs and quality improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with URAC, NCQA, and CMS standards
- Proven ability to interpret performance metrics and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with virtual care and care navigation
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and basic SQL
