Position: Clinical Specialist, TEG (Orange County, CA) (Field role)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage territory for existing TEG customer base and drive product utilization
  • Provide clinical education and ongoing case support to customers
  • Train new and existing customers on TEG product line and ensure operational efficiency
  • Resolve technical and clinical customer concerns in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
  • Maintain records within the CRM tool and support VAD/ECMO customers in their use of TEG
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science required;
    Master’s preferred in a science or medical‑related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably with complex medical devices
  • Knowledge of hemostasis management required
  • Strong technical and clinical aptitude to train customers on TEG products
  • Ability to develop relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a critical care environment
  • Familiarity with competitive landscape in medical devices
  • Previous sales experience in a medical device or healthcare setting
  • Established professional networks within the healthcare industry
  • Participation in professional societies and conferences
