Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships

• Serve as the primary contact for partner oncology practices, overseeing onboarding and performance
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical staff
• Use data to derive insights, measure impact, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance practice engagement
• Conduct business reviews to align practices with value-based care initiatives

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, account management, or network management
• Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payers, providers, and value-based care models
• Proven experience leading external relationships and implementing scalable workflows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for varied audiences
• Highly organized with a track record of managing cross-functional initiatives

• Experience in oncology, population health, or complex/serious illness programs
• Familiarity with EMRs, care coordination technology, or analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
